Darwin's Garden - NY Botanical

Slipper Orchids

The New York Botanical Garden has an exhibit featuring Charles Darwin's study of plants and flowers.  The exhibit replicates Darwin's Down House experiments and his English gardens.   Studying flowers greatly influenced the development of Darwin's theory of evolution.  For a slide show by the New York Times about the exhibition, click here.  And here is the link for the article.
